Reviews and Ratings <br />
While the hotel is located conveniently right at the base of Heavenly Ski Resort, it has some drawbacks. The rooms are dated and need renovation, and the service can be inconsistent. However, the valet service is appreciated and the beds are quite comfortable, making for decent value overall if you manage to snag a low rate.
This hotel is a hidden gem for travelers looking to enjoy skiing and outdoor activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with unique layouts that offer a bit of charm. The valet service is phenomenal and enhances the overall experience, but be prepared to drive for dining options since there aren’t many within walking distance.
My stay was quite mixed. The hotel offers a prime location just steps from the ski lifts, which is a major plus, but found myself wishing for better dining options and a more private bathroom layout. While the staff was generally friendly and the spa facilities were enjoyable, the unique room layouts left something to be desired. Valet parking was convenient, but the lack of kitchen facilities made meal prep challenging for longer stays.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location was fantastic for skiing and the rooms were spacious with great amenities for families, I experienced some service issues that were frustrating. The dining options were also lacking, and I really hoped for a better breakfast experience. Overall, it had its upsides, but a few downsides kept it from being perfect.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The smooth check-in and free valet service were definitely highlights. The location is fantastic, especially for skiing at Heavenly, but the dining options left something to be desired, especially with the absence of a complimentary breakfast. The rooms are adequate and spacious, but not particularly modern, and I missed having more amenities in the room.
